Born and raised in the heart of the steel industry – Leroy’s roots are deep within the community of Portage, Indiana. Hard work has always been an attribute of Leroy’s. From a young age, he poured his heart and soul into sports and perfecting his craft. By the end of his high school career, Leroy racked up two IHSAA Wrestling State Championships. Leroy founded VOR Oil in 2011.
Raul Martinez

Native to Northwest Indiana, Raul recently moved back from Fort Wayne, Indiana with his family. Raul specializes in numerous areas. He’s worked and dabbled in programming, project management and marketing for most of his career. Raul graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science from Purdue University. We welcomed Raul into VOR Oil in July of 2020.
