FILTER TESTING
Filter testing can be utilized in hydraulic systems where even the smallest amount of particle contamination can be problematic. Allow VOR to ensure your filters are doing exactly what they should be doing.
PARTICLE TESTING
On-site particle testing is a fast and efficient way to check for contaminants in your oil. Results will tell you how many particles (parts per million) were found down the chosen micron. Allowing you to decide if a filter or oil change is appropriate.
PATCH TESTING
A patch test allows us to quickly identify gear wear and other abnormal contamination levels.
WATER TESTING
If you suspect your system has water in it, 48 hours may be too long to wait for results – especially in hydraulic systems. Our water testing service will provide you with same-day results to allow same day action.
VOR Equipment Labeling
THE Labeling of Your Systems
VOR’s labeling program provides vital information on equipment to your employees and contractors. Utilizing our metal labels will insure your anybody working on your equipment is able to easily identify the machinery and the oil type to be used.
We will label your equipment with clearly labeled durable aluminum plates. Plates allow for easily identifiable equipment, increasing the speed and efficiency of our sampling program.
